These terms govern orders placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who sells, who manufactures
The seller is ZIEGERT SRL, a company registered in Romania — VAT ID RO35793880, Trade Register no. J40/3733/2016, registered office at Str. Sfântul Petru Tei nr. 59, Sector 2, București, Romania. The seller takes the payment, issues the invoice and is your contracting party for every order placed through this site.
The products are manufactured by EVIE Korea (EVIE Pharm), Republic of Korea.
2. Who may buy
Every product on this site is a medical device for professional use. The manufacturer's instructions state, on every product sheet, that the product should only be used by trained professionals or doctors. Orders may therefore be placed only by trained medical professionals, by clinics, or by authorised distributors, and you are asked to confirm this at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where that confirmation is not credible.
3. Products and information
Compositions, concentrations, presentations, protocols and contraindications published on this site are reproduced from the manufacturer's product catalogues. Treatment protocols are guidelines: as the manufacturer states, they may vary depending on the practitioner's clinical experience and treatment environment. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on it replaces the practitioner's own judgement.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT and delivery within Europe. The figure on the product page is the figure you pay: nothing is added at checkout. VAT is shown separately on the invoice. For addresses outside the European Union, write to us before ordering — see European delivery. We may correct an obvious pricing error before the order is confirmed; if we do, you may cancel the order without cost.
5. How an order is formed
Placing an order and paying for it at checkout is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email, after the payment has been confirmed and we have checked availability, the delivery address and your professional status. If we cannot accept an order, the full amount paid is refunded to the card used.
6. Payment
Payment is made by card at checkout, in euro. Card payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure payment page; card details never reach this site and are never stored by us. The amount charged is the total shown in your order — VAT and delivery within Europe included. Goods are dispatched after the payment has been confirmed.
7. Invoicing
ZIEGERT SRL issues a fiscal invoice for every order and sends it to the email address given at checkout, with the VAT shown separately. For sales to Romania, invoices are reported through the national e-invoicing system as required by law.
8. Delivery, risk and inspection
See European delivery. Risk passes on delivery. Inspect the product and the packaging for damage or deformation before use, as the manufacturer's safety instructions require.
9. Returns
See returns & withdrawal. Sealed injectable products that have been unsealed cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
10. Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that conform to the order and to the manufacturer's specification. We are not responsible for clinical outcomes, for the choice of product, for the technique used, or for use that departs from the manufacturer's instructions and the contraindications published on each product page.
11. Data
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
12. Complaints and applicable law
Write to us first — most things are settled that way. Romanian law applies. Consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution procedure at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro; the European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
