Card details

Card payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure payment page. Card numbers never reach this site and are never stored by us. Stripe receives your name, email, phone, billing and delivery address and the order amount in order to process the payment, and handles them under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller for fraud prevention and its legal obligations.

Who else sees it

  • The hosting provider, which processes technical data on our instructions.
  • The carrier, which needs the delivery address and a contact number.
  • Stripe, the card payment processor, for the transaction itself.
  • The accounting and invoicing service, and the tax authority, where the law requires it.
  • Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font files. It sets no cookie for this.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data for marketing.

How long we keep it

  • Invoices and the accounting records that go with them: for the period required by tax law.
  • Order correspondence: for as long as a claim relating to the order can be made.
  • Server logs: a limited period, then they are overwritten.
  • Your cookie choice and your unsent order: in your browser, until you clear it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Some data — invoices above all — we are legally required to keep even if you ask us to delete it.
