European delivery

Delivery across Europe is included in the price, and so is VAT. The figure you see on the product page is the figure you pay. Nothing is added at checkout — no shipping line, no handling fee, no surprise at the door.

How an order travels

• You place the order, confirm your professional status and pay by card on Stripe's secure page.
• We check availability and prepare the parcel.
• The order is dispatched and you receive the tracking number.
• The invoice follows by email from the seller, ZIEGERT SRL, with the VAT shown separately.

Where we deliver

Across the European Union — all 27 member states — to clinics, practitioners and authorised distributors. You choose the delivery country on the payment page. For an address outside the EU, write to us first — the price on the site is calculated for European delivery, and customs rules outside the Union are different.

Storage and transport

Every presentation has its own storage requirement, printed on the product page and on the box — in most cases a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, between 1 and 30 °C, and between 2 and 25 °C for NAD⁺ NMN. Orders are packed so that these conditions are kept in transit.

When it arrives

Check the parcel on arrival. If the packaging is damaged or deformed, or if the contents do not match the order, tell us before using the product — the manufacturer's own safety instructions require the product and packaging to be inspected for damage before use.

Why there is no delivery calculator

Because there is nothing to calculate. The price includes the delivery. We would rather publish one honest figure than a low price with a cost added three screens later.

Orders are sold and shipped by ZIEGERT SRL (RO35793880, J40/3733/2016), Str. Sfântul Petru Tei nr. 59, Sector 2, București, Romania. See also the terms of sale and the returns policy.
